offering |

De Facto
has acquired MC Bio-Communications, a specialist life science investor
relations company, adding a valuable new resource for clients. Simultaneously,
our parent, the Bell Pottinger Group has formed Bell Pottinger Health,
a new business dedicated to leading the expansion of its health franchise.
The new agency, which will work in conjunction with De Facto, is in
the process of establishing an international footprint, reflecting
the global needs of clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
