You can earn Gift Points worth 3% of your shopping amount for your purchases from DeFacto online and in DeFacto stores.

When can I use it?
You can use the Gift Points you earn from your shopping on your next purchase. Gift Points you earn during the year are valid until January 31 of the following year.

Where are the Gift Points, I earned valid?
After completing your DeFacto Gift Club membership, you can use it for all your purchases by scanning the QR code in DeFacto stores or by logging in via DeFacto online.

What is the shopping limit I need to make to use my Gift Points?
You can use the Gift Points you have earned from your previous purchases by shopping for any amount you want.

How will my Gift Points benefit me?
You can earn discounts on your shopping with the Gift Points you have accumulated or complete your shopping without paying any fees. You can gain advantage by using your Gift Points at a higher value in special campaigns.

Which products are my Gift Points valid on?
The Gift Points you earn are valid for products sold in all DeFacto stores, defacto.com and DeFacto mobile application.

How many times can I use my Gift Points?
You can use the earned Gift Points for a single purchase or for other purchases.

What are the other terms and conditions?
DeFacto reserves the right to make changes within the scope of the campaign.
Gift Points will be loaded within 7 days after your purchase is completed.
If the product is returned, the Gift Points you earned will be deleted.
For payments at the door, Gift Points will be loaded after the product is delivered.
For online purchases, Gift Points will be loaded after the product is received.
